The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) is seeking a vendor to perform maintenance andenhancement of the customized AquisNet and Water Information System by KISTERS(WISKI) software systems which polls or receives data from remote air and watersampling equipment locations, provides methods of quality control (QC) dataintegration, data evaluation, and the ability to automatically export data forintegration with other external and in-house data systems. The contract term is expected to be for aperiod of two years with an option to renew the contract for one two-yearperiod and one one-year period. Renewaloptions are anticipated to be for ongoing maintenance and enhancement of the DAS.Theissuing office believes that the requested items in this request for offers maybe proprietary to one vendor under Section 2155.067 of the Government Code;however, the issuing office strongly encourages offers from all qualifiedrespondents that may be able to provide the requested items.
