Data Center Heating and Cooling

The Maryland Department of Human Services, Office of Technology for Human Services, is soliciting bids under solicitation BPM059482 for comprehensive maintenance of data center power and precision mechanical cooling infrastructure at 25 S. Charles St., Baltimore, MD. This Small Business Reserve (SBR) designated procurement is restricted exclusively to certified Maryland SBR vendors registered in eMMA. The scope of work includes semi-annual preventive maintenance for Liebert EXM 100kVA UPS systems, battery cabinets, Vertiv Geist PDUs, Liebert CRV precision cooling units, and drycoolers and glycol pump systems located on the 12th floor and 8th floor parking garage. A critical requirement of the contract is the provision of 24/7/365 emergency field service with a guaranteed 4-hour on-site arrival SLA; failure to meet this window results in liquidated damages of $250.00 per hour of delay. Eligible bidders must possess at least three consecutive years of documented corporate experience in mission-critical data center maintenance and provide technicians qualified to service Liebert platforms.
