The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the DCA Bldg 15 (GYM) Roof Repair located at Discovery Challenge Academy, 700 E. Roth Road, Lathrop, CA 95330. Work to include: The Contractor shall provide personnel, materials, equipment, tools, and other items to ensure the proper repair of building 15 roof at DCA according to the details as outlined in the Statement of Work. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid submissions shall be emailed to contact@example.gov with the subject title BID FOR EVENT# 36920 - DO NOT OPEN.
Prospective bidders MUST attend the mandatory pre-bid job walk on 10/16/2025, at 1:30 PM at Discovery Challenge Academy, 700 E. Roth Road, Lathrop, CA 95330. Arrive at least 15 minutes early and bring business cards. Failure to arrive at the designated meeting location by the scheduled start time may result in disqualification from submitting a bid. Prospective bidders shall not proceed directly to the job site unless directed to do so in writing by the Contracting Officer. Prospective bidders may obtain directions to the pre-bid job walk site by contacting Joy Lubic at contact@example.gov.
Prospective bidders MUST sign-in prior to the start of the pre-bid job walk, attend the entire pre-bid job walk and be present for roll call at the conclusion of the pre-bid job walk. Bidders who do not remain for the entire pre-bid job walk will be considered non-responsive and will not be allowed to bid on this project.
