Full Description

The Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) contracting activity has a requirement for qualified contracting professionals to fill various positions throughout the Agency. DCMA's Recruitment Strategy and Balanced Continuous Cycle Recruitment Program was developed under the guidelines of Presidential Executive Orders 13171, 13518, 13548, 13562, 13583, and is tasked with addressing the multiple applicant pool issues as outlined in the MD-715 report. As part of this program, it is necessary for the Agency to reach multiple applicant pool candidates through many publications/sources in order to maximize DCMA's exposure as a candidate's agency of choice.
