Dead tree removal/trimming

The Choctaw Nation Housing Authority is soliciting bids for tree removal and trimming services at a residential property located at 10607 N. Perry Rd, Stigler, OK. The scope of work includes cutting down a dead tree at the front corner of the home and trimming the tree on the opposite front corner by removing all limbs overhanging the house back to the trunk. The contractor is responsible for all line locates, required permits, the removal of all debris, and restoring the yard to mowing condition. All work must meet or exceed 2019 IRC standards, and the contractor must hold all applicable licenses. Bids must be submitted exclusively through the Housing Bid Board by 4:30 p.m. on September 24, 2026. To be considered valid, quotes must be itemized and include a price expiration date. A mandatory site visit is required before bidding, as change orders for conditions identifiable during the visit will not be approved. The award process provides preference to Indian organizations and Indian-Owned economic enterprises, and Davis-Bacon rules apply to projects valued at $2,000 or more.
