The Choctaw Nation Housing Authority has issued solicitation 170145 for the removal and replacement of one insulated vinyl, Low E tilt sash window on the front of a 3-bedroom LEAP HOME located in Calera, Oklahoma. The scope of work includes providing all labor and materials to install a window equal to the existing unit, as well as repairing or replacing any necessary drywall, texture, paint, caulking, window sashes, or brickwork required to complete the installation. Bids must be submitted exclusively through the Housing Bid Board by September 30, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. To be considered valid, quotes must be itemized and include a specific price expiration date. All prospective constructors are required to visit the project site before submitting a bid, as change orders for conditions that could have been identified during the visit will not be approved. The project is subject to Indian Preference policies, favoring Indian organizations and Indian-Owned economic enterprises, and must adhere to Davis-Bacon wage requirements for federally funded projects of $2,000 or more.
