Special Instructions: All prospective contractors are required to visit the project before submitting bid. Change orders due to conditions that could have been identified during the site visit will not be considered or approved.
Site improvements: In hallway bathroom Install exhaust fan with light and wall switch any and all to complete install and all to meet all I.R.C. CODES for electric for 2019 and all city and state building codes for new install. make any and all sheetrock repairs where needed to complete new install texture to match and do a full and complete painting of bathroom all walls ceiling and all trim work. Paint to match what is there now. .Note there will not be any exhaust fan in this bathroom now this will be a complete new install.
Special Instructions: IN kitchen area remove dishwasher. Remove all water supply lines and wastewater lines and all electrical to dishwasher putting all back to code as to there was not a dishwasher in this area all to meet all codes for 2019. Contractor to dispose of dishwasher.
