The Redevelopment Authority of the City of Allentown (RACA) will host a Technical Assistance session on Thursday, June 4th, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM to support applicants who need guidance completing the RFP or understanding submission requirements. This session will focus on the application process and will not address property or project specific proposals.
