Full Description

Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) is issuing a Call for Proposals (CFP) on behalf of Defence Research and Development Canada (DRDC)- an agency of Canada’s Department of National Defence (DND) that provides DND and the Canadian Armed Forces the knowledge and technological advantages needed to defend and protect Canada’s interests at home and abroad. This CFP supports challenge-based solutions in support of the DRDC Space Low Earth Orbit (LEO) Architecture Initiative, a multi-year science and technology (S&T) activity to support Continental Defence, including in the Arctic, by enabling low latency and high bandwidth connectivity anywhere, anytime. The objective is to conduct research and analysis to support the development of technologies enabling a resilient space architecture integrating communications, sensing, and command and control.
