Deflection Peer Delivered Services

Washington County, Oregon, is seeking a single qualified provider through Request for Proposal 2026.094-RFP to deliver peer-delivered substance use disorder (SUD) services for the Washington County Deflection Program. The contract period spans from July 1, 2027, to June 30, 2032, with an initial one-year term and options for renewal up to a five-year maximum. The primary objective is to reduce criminal justice involvement by redirecting individuals toward community-based treatment, recovery supports, and peer-led services through both citation and non-citation tracks.
