AI Contract Overview
This solicitation, identified as FA255026Q0016, is a combined synopsis and solicitation issued under FAR Part 12 for the procurement of two S24530BX-664-D2 matrix switches and one SPK-S24530BFX-1 spare kit to support Delta 8 and 10 SOPS ground system antennas, with all items to be delivered to Point Mugu NAWC, California. The acquisition is exclusively set aside for small businesses as a total small business set-aside under FAR 19.5, and the contract type is firm fixed price. The solicitation was amended to include FAR clause 52.222-90, addressing DEI discrimination by federal contractors, which is now a mandatory requirement. Offerors must submit complete responses through email to designated points of contact by 30 April 2026 at 1400 Mountain Daylight Time, including the completed CLIN Pricing Schedule, SF 1449, and supporting documentation outlined in the attachments, which detail technical specifications, justification for the brand-name restriction to Universal Switching Corporation equipment, and delivery terms. Delivery is required within 14 weeks of contract award, with FOB Contractor Destination meaning the contractor bears all responsibilities and risks until delivery at the destination location. Evaluation will be conducted on a best-value basis, considering price, technical acceptability, schedule compliance, and warranty, with no formal weighting assigned but a clear intention to select the most advantageous offer rather than the lowest-priced technically acceptable bid. The Government will inspect and accept items at the delivery site, with invoicing mandated through Wide Area WorkFlow and compliance with all applicable FAR and DFARS clauses including procurement ethics, cybersecurity restrictions, environmental prohibitions, and subcontractor requirements. All offerors must maintain active registration in the System for Award Management with a Valid Unique Entity Identifier and certify compliance with representations regarding subcontracting, former DoD officials, covered telecommunications, and other federal prohibitions. Pricing details are not predefined and must be completed by offerors in the provided CLIN Pricing Schedule, resulting in no pre-established contract value.
