This project is to furnish all labor, materials and equipment to complete demolition and disposal of abandoned 2.5 story brick house with full basement and associated foundation; including concrete patio with brick wall, 4-bay carport, lean-to shed, asphalt driveway. The performance period will be 60 calendar days. The estimated value of this procurement is between $250,000 and $500,000.
