Melcher Street Prospective bidders may obtain copies of specifications and bid forms at the office of the City Clerk in City Hall, 33-41 East Main Street, Johnstown, New York. Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p m. Specifications and bid forms will be available by Wednesday, March 19th, 2025. All bids should be plainly marked DEMOLITION OF 2-10 S. Perry Street and 7 N. Melcher Street on the outside of the envelope. All bids should be returned intact either personally to the City Clerk and receipt obtained or by registered or certified mail with return receipt requested.
