The general requirements that The Contractor must perform are: demolition of all structural elements and foundations, removal of all waste, rehabilitation of the site and supply and place (2) 20' shipping containers for PCA storage of store vehicles and material from garage and house. The contractor will be responsible for safe handling and moving of vehicles and materials to the shipping container.See specifications and drawings for further details on the requirement of this project.To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated at a value between $250,001 > $ 500,000, Taxes extra.TWO-SUBMISSION BIDThis Bid shall be submitted following a “two-submission” procedure.
