Bid documents must be sent as email attachments.REQUIREMENTParks Canada Agency (PCA) is seeking a qualified and experienced contractor to demolish a fire damaged vacant staff house and garage. The general requirements that The Contractor must perform are: demolition of all structural elements and foundations, removal of all waste, rehabilitation of the site and supply and place (2) 20' shipping containers for PCA storage of store vehicles and material from garage and house. The contractor will be responsible for safe handling and moving of vehicles and materials to the shipping container.See specifications and drawings for further details on the requirement of this project.To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated at a value between $250,001 > $ 500,000, Taxes extra.TWO-SUBMISSION BIDThis Bid shall be submitted following a “two-submission” procedure. Refer to SI04 of the Special Instructions to Bidders.PERIOD OF CONTRACT / DELIVERY DATEContractor shall perform and complete the Work no later than by October 14, 2022.COMPEHENSIVE LAND CLAIMS AGREEMENTThis procurement is subject to the following comprehensive Land Claims Agreement(s):NunavutENQUIRIESAll enquiries of a technical and contractual nature are to be submitted to the Contracting Authority.Enquiries regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing and should be received no later than 5 business days prior to the date set for solicitation closing to allow sufficient time to provide a response.
