THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE FOR INFORMATION AND MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY. This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a Request for Proposal (RFP), and it does not constitute a commitment by the Government. No contract will be awarded from this notice.


The Government is seeking to identify qualified 8(a) Certified Small Business concerns under NAICS 238910 (Site Preparation Contractors; size standard: $19M) capable of performing the complete demolition of Dodd Hall (Facility 448) located at Joint Base Langley‑Eustis (JBLE) – Langley, VA.


The anticipated scope of work includes, but is not limited to:


  • Complete structural demolition and removal of Facility 448.
  • Abatement and proper disposal of hazardous materials (e.g., asbestos, lead-based paint) prior to and during demolition activities.
  • Site clearing, debris removal, and final site restoration in accordance with base and environmental regulations.
