Scope: The Work consists of all materials, labor, tools, equipment, apparatus, facilities, transportation and incidentals necessary to furnish, install, commission, start up and deliver a complete and fully functional project in accordance with Bid Documents. The Project is a Design-Build replacement of Trommel Screen No. 2, Project No. RA27001 at the Inland Empire Regional Composting Facility (IERCF). The Work generally includes engineering, design, demolition, removal and disposal of the existing Trommel Screen No. 2; furnishing and installation of a new trommel screening system; replacement or modification of associated conveyors, feed system, chutes, supports, platforms, stairs, walkways, access components, mechanical equipment, electrical systems, instrumentation, controls, and SCADA integration as required; testing, startup, commissioning, operator training, record drawings, warranties, and all appurtenant work necessary to provide a complete and fully operational system.
