Town of Thomaston is accepting sealed proposals from qualified historic restoration firms for the design and execution of decorative finish restoration of the auditorium walls of the Thomaston Opera House, 158 Main Street, Thomaston. This is a design-build engagement - the selected firm will be responsible for developing the final decorative scheme, building on completed finishes investigations, and for executing that scheme through hand-applied plaster repair, painting, stenciling, glazing and mural work. Only firms with demonstrated experience with this type of work will be considered.
