This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a proposal is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Region 2 in Edison, NJ. requires a contractor to design, install and test a new Fire Sprinkler/Suppression System for Building 10 at the US Environmental Protection Agency, Edison Environmental Center, located at 2890 Woodbridge Avenue, Edison, New Jersey 08837. A draft PWS is attached. It is the Agency’s intent to award a stand-alone firm-fixed price contract.
