The City of Raleigh’s Planning and Development Department invites qualified design firms, or teams of firms, to submit their qualifications for developing a detailed concept plan, a streetscape standard plan, and implementation strategy for a new multi-modal facility, the Chavis-Dix Strollway (the “Strollway”), for the following professional services:
