The Hawes Rd: Chandler Heights Rd to Ocotillo Rd Improvement Project (Project) shall include but not be limited to the following scope of services. Full future right-of-way extends along Hawes Rd. and all work necessary to widen Hawes Rd to a complete major arterial roadway cross section. Analysis and alternatives for providing the full major arterial features at the existing Hawes Rd. bridge over the Queen Creek wash. Pavement analysis along with recommendations for appropriate replacement or treatment methods. Traffic analysis and recommendations for improving the traffic flow through the Hawes Rd & Chandler Heights Intersection. Other: street lights, stormwater, signalized pedestrian crossing, and utility coordination and undergrounding along the Project limits.
