1. PURPOSE. Provide capability to have secure voice in various SIPRNET offices. 2. SCOPE OF WORK. The vendor will provide a mass notification software that will be installed on the ANG network to be utilized by LA ANG members in the event of an base/national emergency or LA ANG accountability of personnel. The vendor must provide installation assistance and work closely with 159CF/SCOO personnel for a successful install and implementation. The software must work "flawlessly" on all installed computers throughout the LA ANG. Annual renewal options must be provided. 3. DELIVERY LOCATION AND DELIVERY DATE. This equipment shall be delivered to the Louisiana Air National Guard, Building 149, located at 400 Russell Ave, NAS JRB New Orleans, New Orleans LA 70143-0027 not later than 31 October 2018. 4. QUANTITY REQUIRED: 1 each. 5. 5.1 PERFORMANCE: 1. Software must be highly secure, extensible and transparent mass notification platform. 2.
