ATF has determined that it is in the Government's best interest to award this requirement with a base year and up to 4 option years. The vendor, software and estimated cost(s) for Years 2012-2017 are identified below. - Xpect Software, LLC, located 309 FELLOWSHIP RD in Mt. Laurel, NJ 08054-1234, DFuze Maintenance, Estimated Value Not-to-Exceed $1.5 Million. Xpect Software is the sole proprietor of this software; therefore, under the authority of FAR6.302-1, in conjunction with FAR 12, ATF intends to negotiate and award an Order on a sole-source basis to Xpect Software. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. A SOLICITATION DOCUMENT WILL NOT BE ISSUED; NOR WILL PROPOSALS BE REQUESTED.
