DHR Montgomery Co - FY27 Lawn Service

The DHR Montgomery County Office is soliciting firm and fixed price quotes for comprehensive lawn services at 3030 Mobile Highway, Montgomery, Alabama, for the period of October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027. The scope of work includes grass cutting, limited to 20 cuts per fiscal year, and shrub/hedge trimming twice per year. Key deliverables include edging sidewalks, walkways, curbs, and parking lots; removing weeds from pavement; blowing clippings and leaves from hard surfaces and fence lines; and removing debris from under trees. The specifications explicitly exclude the replacement of pine straw and the spraying of beds.
