DIALYSIS RECLINER EQUIPMENT, KANSAS CITY VAMC

The Department of Veterans Affairs, through the 255-NETWORK Contract Office 15, is seeking market feedback through a Sources Sought announcement for the acquisition of eight hemodialysis treatment recliners to be delivered to the Kansas City VA Medical Center at 4801 East Linwood Boulevard, Kansas City, Missouri, 64128. The requirement includes five standard hemodialysis treatment recliners and three bariatric hemodialysis recliners, with the contractor responsible for supplying appropriate service and product manuals at no additional cost. All equipment must comply with federal regulations, FDA device certifications, the National Electrical Code, the Life Safety Code, The Joint Commission requirements, and VA-specific standards, ensuring alignment with clinical and safety protocols. This action is designated as a Total Small Business Set-Aside under FAR 19.5, with NAICS code 339113, and only small businesses are eligible to respond. Interested firms must be registered in SAM.gov and complete required electronic representations and certifications per FAR 4.203.
