No monthly minimum usage will be accepted. Once the minimum commitment has been exhausted, fuel will continue to be purchased at the awarded cost over rack average.Awarded vendor will receive a Blanket PO to invoice off of as fuel is delivered. DMPS and awarded vendor have the option to renew once this pre-purchase is exhausted, if both parties are able to agree on updated volume and pricing.
