Differential Electronic Levels

The U.S. Navy's Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division is soliciting six Differential Electronic Level Systems under solicitation N6833526Q0405, issued as a combined synopsis and request for quotation in accordance with FAR Part 12 commercial item procedures. The procurement is fully open to competition and will result in a firm-fixed-price contract awarded to the offeror with the lowest evaluated price whose proposal is rated acceptable in both technical compliance and past performance. All offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management and must comply with a comprehensive set of FAR and DFARS clauses, including those addressing contractor responsibility, cyber security safeguarding, trafficking in persons, and supply chain integrity. The system must not exceed 12 inches in height, 18 inches in width, and 13 inches in depth, and must comply with safety standard IEC 61010-1. Each unit must be shipped in a reinforced transit case with a custom high-density polyethylene foam insert, permanently labeled with an identification plate containing a MIL-STD-130 compliant two-dimensional Unique Identification (IUID) data matrix, as required by DFARS 252.211.7003. Key deliverables include COTS manuals and supplemental data, calibration certification, and supply chain management documentation.
