With this Negotiated Request for Proposals (“NRFP”), the Canadian Museum for Human Rights (“CMHR”) is soliciting proposals to provide a Digital Asset Management (DAM) solution and associated services for the CMHR located at 85 Israel Asper Way in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The CMHR is seeking a Digital Asset Management (DAM) vendor to provide a solution that meets our desired vision for DAM: an easily accessible, self-service central repository, extensible for all digital assets; search capabilities that measurably reduce manual processes and support automated retention of institutional memory and operational functions; tools which support readily visible and monitorable productivity and efficiency gains; support activities focused on the goals, not the processes; a central source of assets for all Museum uses, including providing assets to the public, integrated into overall Museum strategy and operational plans. Bidding and Documents are available on http://www.merx.com. Fees may apply; See https://www.merx.com/public/pricing for more information.
