Issuing Procurement Unit: State of Utah Division of Purchasing
Conducting Procurement Unit: Utah Division of Archives and Records Service
The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide: A Digital Asset Managment System.
It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a single contract award to the responsive and responsible vendor with the highest score justified by the procurement code .
The methodology or formula that will be used to determine the number of contract awards is: The highest scored responsive & responsible vendor. There are Four (4) evaluation stages. Each will need to be passed to move onto the next phase. Phase 1 MMR's. You must pass all MMR's to move onto the criteria evaluation stage. Phase 2 Criteria Evaluation Phase. This phase has a total of 750 points possible. Vendors must score a minimum of 525 points to move onto the next phase. Phase 3 Demonstration evaluation. All vendors advancing to phase 3 will receive detail information/instructions on what/where/when their Demonstration will be. The demonstration has a total of 200 points. Vendors must receive a minimum of 130 points to advance to the final phase which is the Cost Evaluation phase. Phase 4 Each vendor that has advanced to phase 4 will be given points based on this formual Cost Points x (Lowest Proposed Price/Proposed Price). There are a total of 175 points possible for the cost phase. There's a total of 1,125 points avaialble.
