This procurement will serve to provide the annual maintenance for previously purchase software licenses and support (technical and professional) for Digital Guardian providing insider threat identity, monitoring and investigatory capabilities within the CBP enterprise. Procuring the Digital Guardian product will enable CSD to replace the existing data loss prevention and endpoint encryption products currently provided by Symantec. This action will reduce the number of agents on endpoint systems, thus reducing endpoint system resources. In addition, the Digital Guardian product will provide new monitoring capabilities in support of CSD, OPR and OI missions.
