GENERAL: Olathe Public Schools (or the "District") is soliciting bids for Digital Signage & Interactive Touchscreen Displays Bidders (also herein referred to as "Contractors") will execute and submit all bids in accordance with the instructions and terms and conditions attached as well as the applicable provisions of the specifications.
SCOPE OF WORK: The District intends to purchase the digital signage & interactive touchscreen displays, as well as related accessories, all as described in the Line Items section of this RFB. The items specified will be used in various rooms & buildings through out the school district. Installation is not required as part of this solicitation. This will be a one time order and drop ship delivery as coordinated in the Delivery Information section of this scope. No alternates will be accepted for this solicitation.
**Contractor(s) shall certify that it is an Original Equipment Manufacturer ("OEM") Authorized Channel Partner as of the date of submission of their offer, and that it has the certification/specialization level required by the OEM to support both the product sale and product pricing, in accordance with the applicable OEM certification/specialization requirements. Unless otherwise specified, Contractor shall warrant that all products bid are new and in their original packaging.
