Dillingham Public Library is seeking bids for Category 1 Internet Access and Category 2 Managed Internal Broadband Services (MIBS). For Category 1, bidders must provide options for bundled transport and internet access with download speeds ranging from 50 Mbps to 2Gbps. Bids must specify the transport method, whether circuits are dedicated or shared, and include detailed pricing that separates eligible from ineligible costs, one-time fees, and monthly leased equipment. All contracts must state that payment is contingent upon state or federal funding, and providers must be able to invoice USAC via a Service Provider Invoice. For Category 2, the library requires MIBS equipment and licensing capable of bandwidth quota setting, usage tracking, device prioritization, and content filtering. Bidders must provide one-year pricing, though multi-year options are acceptable if a single-year price is included. Vendors may bid on either or both categories, but must clarify if the MIBS services are required to obtain the internet service. Bids submitted more than 30 days after the Form 470 posting or those identified as spam will be disqualified.
