Bid #26-3484: The City of Irvine is seeking proposals to establish indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contracts for on-call Disaster Debris Removal Services for a five-year term with a five-year extension option. The scope includes the rapid mobilization (within 24 hours) and management of a workforce to remove, transport, reduce, and dispose of various types of disaster-generated debris, including vegetative, construction & demolition (C&D), household hazardous waste (HHW), white goods, and electronic waste. Services also cover the management of Temporary Debris Staging and Reduction Sites (TDSRS), demolition of structures, and removal of hazardous trees and stumps. The contractor must adhere to all applicable State and Federal (FEMA) rules and regulations to ensure the City's eligibility for reimbursement.
