2. THIS MOTOR AND ALL OF ITS SUBCOMPONENTS ARE PROPRIETARY TO CAGE 3CPE0
(FORMERLY 00462), GOODRICH CORPORATION. ONTIC ENGINEERING AND
MANUFACTURING INC., CAGE 45934 IS THE ONLY COMPANY LICENSED TO
MANUFACTURE THESE PARTS. THE GOVERNMENT HAS A COPY OF THIS LICENSE
AGREEMENT ON FILE IN THE PURCHASE REQUEST PROCESSING SYSTEM (PRPS).
GOODRICH CORPORATION WILL NOT PROVIDE DRAWINGS OR RELEASE THE RIGHTS TO
THIS PART. Material Review Board (MRB) disposition: A. OO-ALC Landing Gear Engineering retains all rights to be notified of and, upon demand, review all Class II Material Review Board (MRB#s) dispositions prior to shipment and/or acceptance of discrepant items. All major deviations from the engineering drawing package intended for delivery to the government shall be submitted to OO-ALC Landing Gear Engineering for review prior to shipment with any justifications and/or analyses supporting that intent. OO-ALC Landing Gear Engineering retains all acceptance or rejection authority for all Class I material non-conformances. 1) Major deviations are defined as those deviations which change form, fit, function or expected aircraft performance from the original design requirements or accepted qualification testing" B. Prior to contract award, the contractor shall certify to the government in writing full compliance with its manuals, specifications, and standards required for manufacture in its engineering drawing package in accordance with A.
