Full Description
Contractor will: Palletize, mark/label, pick up, transport and demilitarize/dispose of conventional munitions by a recognized industry standard method complying with all State and Federal laws for a variety of conventional munitions. An approved industry standard method includes, where appropriate, flashing in the thermal treatment unit for pyrotechnics, detonation, etc. Title (i.e. ownership) of components is transferred to the contractor for disposal when fully demilitarized. Munitions identified in the attachments are U.S. DoD stock listed munitions purchased.
