Solicitation # DOT-SS-27-9030-CA

The intended vendor is International Cybernetics Company, LP (ICC), which is identified as the sole provider capable of performing these services because they manufacture the equipment and hold the proprietary rights to the necessary software updates, rebuilds, and evaluations. The estimated value of this procurement is 37,950 dollars for a performance term of 8 months. The scope of work includes equipment test calibration, laboratory equipment maintenance, and various technical upgrades. Prospective vendors were given until October 22, 2026, to provide information regarding their ability to supply these services; however, the department intends to award the contract to ICC as they have no resellers and are the only known source for the required proprietary support. The primary point of contact for this action is Cassandra Anderson.
