The primary objective is to procure innovative commercial products and services that enhance the Army's power projection and operational reach. Technical proposals must be rated as acceptable and pricing must be deemed fair and reasonable to proceed toward a fixed-price award under FAR Part 12. Key requirements for the WMS/ASRS modernization include a guaranteed system life expectancy of 24 years, a minimum of one year of training support, and compliance with NFPA safety and fire protection standards. The CSO remains open until October 1, 2026, with specific deadlines for AoI 001 submissions ending July 13, 2026.
