The attached Purchase Description (PD) and Simplified Justification and Approval (J&A) establish the minimum requirements for the purchase of one (1) DITMCO Model 2650, Modular Test Analyzer (MTA) System in support of electrical testing of various electronics such as chassis, cables, and harnesses. This is a one-time procurement. The procurement will be 100% small business set aside.
