NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego (FLCSD) intends to award a Sole Source contract to: TINOSA INC., CAGE: 64DB5, 6151 PROGRESSIVE AVE., SAN DIEGO, CA 92154 for DLSS MAINTENANCE SERVICE, EODESU ONE, 3503 ATTU RD BLDG. 104, San Diego, 92155 CA. The proposed contract action is one in which only one responsible source will satisfy the agency requirements (See 41 USC 1901 implemented by FAR 13.501 (a). The proposed contract action is Sole Source only. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes or proposals. No solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming. Interested parties may identify their interest and submit capability information in response to this notice by 1100AM PDT, 18 SEPT 2023, via email to contact@example.gov.
