Diversion Chamber C Inlet Pipe Modifications -WPCF

The Diversion Chamber C Inlet Pipe Modifications project for the Town of Stratford Water Pollution Control Facility involves the Cured-in-Place lining of approximately 225 linear feet of 54-inch corrugated metal pipe and 105 linear feet of 12-inch reinforced concrete pipe. The scope of work includes preparatory activities such as dewatering, cleaning, groundwater control, and CCTV inspections, as well as the removal of 12 to 24 inches of sediment from the 54-inch line and the excavation of a buried 12-inch RCP inlet headwall. All work must adhere to technical specifications prepared by Tighe and Bond and comply with ASTM standards for liner installation and material testing. The total project budget is 5,514,162.55 dollars, funded through a combination of federal grants and grantee matching. Bids are due by October 16, 2026, and must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the Purchasing Department; electronic submissions are prohibited.
