The Naval Criminal Investigative Service Resident Agency in Djibouti is procuring four new 2026 Toyota Land Cruiser HZJ 76 4x4 SUVs through a firm fixed-price lease contract under solicitation N63285-26-Q-S092, with an option to extend for four additional one-year periods.
