DLA Disposition Services is conducting a one-time sale of four used vehicles located at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, on an all-or-none basis. The available assets include two Maxus pick-up trucks, one Nissan Pathfinder, and one Toyota Prado. All vehicles are operable but are sold as-is, where-is, and may require jump starts or exhibit cosmetic defects such as paint issues, dents, and interior wear. Bids must be submitted via email to dla.sales@dla.mil by September 28, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. EST, using the required SF114 form. The award will be granted to the apparent high bidder following a responsibility determination that includes a pre-award survey, vetting of technical qualifications, and an environmental responsibility determination. Full payment in U.S. currency is required within ten business days of receiving a statement of amount due. Once customs clearance is obtained, the purchaser has 21 calendar days to remove the vehicles. The purchaser is solely responsible for obtaining base access, providing all necessary labor and material handling equipment, and ensuring compliance with host nation laws and safety regulations.
