DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY ENERGY FY12 ANNUAL FORECAST OF PETROLEUM ACQUISITION In accordance with FAR 5.203(h) the following is the annual forecast of the general type and quantity DLA Energy anticipates procuring during fiscal year 2012: Bulk and PC&S (Totals: 113.0 Million of Barrels) Bunkers (Totals: 2.5 Million of Barrels) Into-Plane (Totals: 4.3 Million of Barrels) Local Purchases and Cash (Total: 7.2 Million of Barrels) This information is provided as a forecast only.
