Amendment 03:
The purpose of this amendment is to:
1. Revise the delivery to three (3) months from the date of task order issuance.
2. Incorporate a requirement that all submitted quotations must explicitly guarantee a minimum sequencing depth of 100,000 reads per sample.
3. Offerors should refer to the attached Rev02 document. All revisions and updates have been indicated by highlighted text.
4. The due date is updated to September 2, 2026, at 1400 EST. All offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment and provide either a refreshed quotation reflecting the updated delivery schedule and guaranteed reads, or written confirmation that your previously submitted quotation remains valid, accurate, and fully compliant with all amended requirements.
