All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted at the latest by 2 PM EST on November 23, 2022. All bids submitted after 2 PM EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. PWGSC, on behalf of the Department of National Defence (DND) is issuing this request for standing offer (RFSO) to get rental services of 10 and/or 12 wheel dump trucks with their respective operator for the Department of National Defence (DND) in Valcartier and Quebec City as detailed in Annex A.
