Bigelow The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Eastern Region Acquisition Division, Norfolk, VA, on behalf of the Office of Marine and Aviation Operations (OMAO), is soliciting for the dockside and repairs to NOAA Ship Henry B. Bigelow. The Henry B. Bigelow is 209 feet long overall, and its home port is Newport, RI. Provide all labor, material, and equipment necessary to perform the following (including, but not limited to): BASE ITEMS: TLI Standpipe Replacement and TLI Installation, Work Boat Davit and Cradle Installation, HVAC Duct Cleaning, Pressure Vessel Inspection and Relief Valve Test, ABS ACCU Camera System Installation and Net Recovery Winch Installation OPTION ITEMS: Gyro Compass System Renewal, Anti-Roll Tanks Sound Dampening Installation, Chill Water Overboard Piping Installation, Additional Item Requests for Growth Work The solicitation will include a liquidated damages clause, as well as a requirement for bid, performance, and payment bonds.
