Full Description
The Contractor will keep track of scanning/sorting/filing paper copy progress by LF and time to complete. The Contractor will keep track of electronic file progress through folder properties before starting (screen shot) and at the end of day (screen shot again).
All environmental files will be uploaded in the approved structure from the Contractor-provided laptop to the USCG provided external hard drive provided to the Contractor by the USCG.
All environmental documents shall remain in the CEU-Cleveland office with exception to any large format documents taken offsite for copying (with prior approval and proper check out/check in of the documents to maintain record of materials that have left/returned to CEU).
CEU environmental Files identified and approved for destruction will be destroyed and all other files will be boxed for archiving.
