The Ohio Department of Health Bureau of Maternal, Child, and Family Health is seeking proposals for the recruitment, training, and support of farmers and farmers markets as part of the modernization of the Women, Infant and Children Farmers Market Nutrition Program. This project includes electronic data interchange design and requires offerors to submit both a technical and cost proposal through the OhioBuys portal. Contractors must adhere to strict data security and privacy standards, including compliance with NIST 800-53 or ISO 27001 frameworks to protect state data and personally identifiable information. Additionally, the agreement requires the Affirmation and Disclosure Form, which prohibits the use of offshore services or data storage and bans purchases from Russian institutions. All services and data storage must remain within the United States unless a specific waiver is granted by the state.
