The City of Doral is soliciting Bids for the Full Roof Refurbishment at our Doral Morgan Levy Park building. Scope of work: Remove the existing roof system down to the wood deck Preliminary fasten 1/4" tapered insulation system for positive drainage Mechanically fasten GAF Everguard 60 mil single-ply TPO adhered with GAF 1121 adhesive to tapered insulation Mechanically fasten 3x3 galvanized eave drips Install Everguard HW 6" cover strip on eave metals to TPO membrane Install GAF water-block between TPO membrane and parapet wall Install termination bar and stucco stop as per Florida building codes specifications Robotically heat weld all laps with a minimum of 1.75" Install TPO boots on all penetrations Fabricate and install pitch pockets on all irregular penetrations using TPO coated galvanized metals Fill all pitch pockets with single part pourable sealer Heat weld t-patches over all t-joints apply sealant to all cut edges three sheets of plywood included removal of roofing debris from premises
