Dormitory Furniture and Technology Upgrades for the Ohio Fire Academy

The Ohio Fire Academy (OFA) seeks a qualified General Contractor (GC) to manage and oversee the purchase, removal, installation, and quality assurance of new dormitory furniture, bedding components, and in‑room technology upgrades across thirty‑six (36) dual‑occupancy dorm rooms. All work must meet current OFA standards and Division of State Fire Marshal (DSFM) requirements.
