VIA Rail Canada Inc (VIA Rail) launches a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) process with a view to awarding a co-development agreement for the design and construction of a Multimodal Transit Hub (MTH) project in Dorval as part of the Montreal Mobility Modernization Program.
