The Saint Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation (Corporation) plans to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for a contractor to furnish all plant, labor, equipment and materials (except for the miter and quoin contact blocks, pintles, pintle castings with bushings, gate anchorage assemblies and some plant for moving and stabilizing the gate leaves, all of which will be furnished by the Corporation) and perform all work for rehabilitating the downstream miter gate at Eisenhower Lock in Massena, New York.
